Beloved husband of Hilda Alberta May (nee Petchey predeceased 2017). Loving father of Marlene Hauser , Hilda Kirschman, Joanne Savard (husband David), Susan Malzahn (husband Tom Rioux), Donna Thompson (husband Johnny Robert), Carol Crozzoli, Cynthia Malzahn (husband Moe Ben Vidi) Sudbury, Ontario. Cherished grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Dear son of Adolf and Emma (nee Seger) Malzahn, predeceased. Dear brother of Waldemar (wife Eva predeceased), Erna Seifert (husband Paul), and Hildegard Gross (husband Dieter). Uncle of numerous nieces and nephews.
Born in Lithuania Arthur grew up in Germany. He came to Canada in 1948 moving to Sudbury in 1960. He was a craneman at INCO retiring in 1990 with 29 years of service. His passion was his farm at St. Charles and he was happiest on his tractor and doing his chores. He will be remembered as a very strong and gentle man who was generous to everyone. The light of his life will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
