Obituary for Peter Douglas Morden
Peter Douglas Morden, 64, of Sudbury, Ontario, son of Lloyd and Lorraine Morden (nee Lafontaine) passed on Sunday, January 6, 2019 with his family at his side. Peter is survived by his sons Robert Morden (Adrienne Heikkila), Patrick Morden (Vanessa Field), daughter Laura Cobham, 5 grandchildren, his sister Patti Hannila (Kalevi), and niece Charlotte Morden.
Peter was born September 10, 1954 and graduated from Lasalle Secondary School in 1972, and Cambrian College in 1976. He then lived and worked in Toronto before returning to Sudbury in 1984. Peter loved people and being surrounded by friends and family. Most people knew him as a passionate photographer; he loved capturing and visually documenting people for who they are, with their most loved, and doing what they love, from weddings to family portraits, to beloved pets, and children’s sports pictures.

Please join with friends and family at a Celebration of Life from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at his home, 347 Montague Ave, Sudbury.
