In loving memory of James Zinger who passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, January 29th, 2018 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Jeannine (Chamberland) Zinger of Garson. Loving father of Arthur (Laurie), Mark (Sharri-Lynne) and Robin (Gina). Cherished grandfather of Kaleigh, Cody, Rebekah, Matthew and Denver. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Jean Zinger and his in-laws Joseph and Marie Chamberland. Dear brother of Isobel (Bill predeceased), Lorraine (Tom) both predeceased, Joe predeceased Frank (Rolie), Jean (Mike) and Ethel and Keith. Dear brother-in-law of Fernand (Lucille) both predeceased, Armand predeceased (Louise), Normande predeceased, Georgette predeceased (Jean-Marc), Gerald predeceased (Mary), Lorraine (Reg predeceased) and Bernie (Claudia). James was a true outdoorsman who loved to camp and fish and his time at their trailer in Centennial Park. He was the happiest when he was surrounded by his family especially his grandkids who he always took keen interest in whatever they were doing. James leaves behind great memories of his gentle smile, his big hugs and love for his family.

A celebration of his life will take place on Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 in the R. J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury at 1pm. Friends may gather after 12:30pm in the chapel. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
