who passed away on Monday, December 23rd, 2013 surrounded by his loving family at Health Sciences North.

Beloved husband of Mary (predeceased). Devoted father of Wendy Balicki and husband Ken (of Woodbridge) and Doreen Fotia and husband Joe (of Toronto). Caring grandfather “Papa” to Kevin, wife Josée (of Woodbridge) and Joey Fotia (of Toronto). Cherished great-grandfather of Nathalie and Sophie Scott.

Peter was born in the USA on July 15, 1912. He moved to Poland at an early age. Peter enjoyed family gatherings, fishing, hunting and looked forward to watching his garden and apple tree grow.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to Dr. Puranam, Laura, April and other staff at Health Sciences North who cared for Peter and offered support to the family.

on Friday, December 27th, 2013 from 2pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm
with parish prayers at 7:30pm.
Funeral Mass in
St. Casimir’s Church
210 Paris St., Sudbury
Saturday, December 28th, 2013
at 10am.
Interment in the Civic Memorial Cemetery.
