Beloved husband of Margaret Rose (Graham) Harkins. Loving father of Jennifer Harkins (Ryan Kutchaw), Heather Harkins (Dean Keturi) and Robert Harkins (Jennifer). Cherished grandfather of Sarah Cleaver, Susan Cleaver, Jason Keturi and Nathan Harkins. Dear son of Keith and Ruth (Boyter) Harkins both predeceased. Dear brother of Barbara McArthur (Rodney), Brent and Brenda all predeceased. Special uncle of Kevin McArthur, Lori McArthur, Stephen McArthur (Bianca Ferland) and great uncle of Samantha, Erica, Taylor and Tiffany.

A Celebration of Bob’s life
will be held at the
Royal Canadian Legion Branch #564 Lockerby
Monday, August 29th, 2016
1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.
Cremation with interment in the family plot at the Park Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to HSNF-4th Floor Oncology Unit Equipment Fund would be appreciated.
No funeral home visitation or service.
