Who passed away at the Maison Vale Hospice, Sudbury, Thursday, June 23rd, 2016 at the age of 76 years.

Loyal and devoted wife to Daniel for 57 years. Loving mother to Blair MacDonald (Beverly). Loving grandmother to Cailey, Aliesha, Mija and Andrew. Loving daughter of Pearl and Jack Lacey both predeceased. Beloved sister of William Cornthwaite (Colleen) both predeceased, Joyce Blacklock (Ray predeceased), Lois Satherstrom (Lawrence) both predeceased, June Blacklock (Dalton predeceased), Donald Cornthwaite predeceased, Bernard Lacey (Bertha), Raymond Lacey (Carol) and Dorothy Thompson (Malcolm) both predeceased. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Will be sadly missed by her niece Sharron Boucher.

The family would like to thank all of Anne’s many friends, when needed you were always there, each one of you held a special place in Anne’s heart. We would like to thank the staff and doctors on 4 North at Health Sciences North who cared for Anne. A special thank you to Dr. Mongeon for your compassion and care of Anne. Our family would also like to say a special thank you to the dedicated staff, nurses and volunteers at Maison Vale Hospice. Anne and our family were treated with the utmost respect, compassion and care. Your love and support shown to us in Anne’s final last days will be held dearly in our hearts. Anne wanted us to especially thank Father Ken (St. Alexander’s Parish), Father Pat (Spiritual Director), Father Sam (St. Andrew’s Parish), Father Vince (Latin’s Rite), Father Tom (Redemptorist Father) and Monsignor Andre (St. Mathew’s Parish) for their many prayers, blessings and sacraments.

Monday, June 27th, 2016 at 11am.
Cremation with entombment in the Chelmsford Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Maison Vale Hospice would be appreciated.
