Condolence: I can't believe Joanne is gone. My deepest condolences to Phil and the Charbonneau family. I remember the many wonderful chats and fun I had with Joanne over many years of friendship. She was such a cheerful and happy person and had the most beautiful smile (always smiling). Joanne was such a kind and compassionate person and if you ever needed help or a friend, she would be there. RIP Joanne, you will be missed....Another angel has received her wings!
