at the Maison Vale Hospice.

Beloved husband of Cheryl Payette (nee Naveau) of Gogama. Loving father of Marsha Payette, and Daniel Jr. and grandfather of four. Dear son of Gerald Payette of Gogama and Mildred (Eno) of Calgary. Dear brother of Roderic of Calgary, Paul (Marica) of Sudbury, Laurie Vollstaedt (Larry) of Calgary and Peter (Carole) of Calgary. A master carpenter, Daniel took exceptional pride in his work. He was an avid fisherman, and loved playing his guitar. The family wish to extend a special thank you to the Palliative Care Unit at Health Sciences North and the Maison Vale Hospice, Doctors and Staff for their compassionate care of Daniel. A special thank you for all the support the Mattagami First Nation has provided.

Interment to follow in the Gogama Cemetery.
